What size auger drive do I need?
Your drive unit must match your machine's hydraulic flow (GPM) and pressure (PSI). Using a drive rated for 10-20 GPM on a 30 GPM machine can damage the motor, while using a large drive on a low-flow machine will result in stalling.
Do your auger packages come with hoses?

Can I drill through rock?
Standard earth bits are for dirt and clay. For rock, concrete, or frozen ground, you need a specialized rock bit with carbide teeth. Attempting to drill rock with a standard bit will damage the pilots and teeth.
