Q: How does the HoeMate create a grapple?
A: The HoeMate replaces the bucket on your excavator. When used opposite any thumb (rigid, mechanical, or hydraulic), the open tine design of the rake grips material on the bottom while the thumb closes on top — creating the functional equivalent of an open-tine grapple without purchasing a dedicated grapple attachment.
