    📘 Overview

A grout mixer and pump in one chassis, the Ventures Equipment SureMix mixing pump is a self-contained machine with no mount and no host loader. It mixes pre-blended bagged material and pumps it up to 300 ft horizontally or 80 ft vertically at up to 200 bags an hour, on a 220 V 3-phase 30 A supply. The dual mixing design is the point: material is mixed twice on its way to the progressive cavity pump, which is what keeps a self-levelling underlayment consistent from the first bag to the last rather than drifting as the crew speeds up. A wireless remote lets the operator run the machine from the placement end, and an integrated level sensor manages material feed so the hopper is neither starved nor overfilled. At 525 lb and 25 in. wide it fits through a double doorway and down a corridor, which is what an interior floor-levelling job actually demands. It is a single-configuration machine with no variant to select, and carries a 1-year limited warranty.

⚙ Key Features of the SureMix Grout Mixer and Pump

    • Dual mixing design - material passes through two mixing stages before the pump, which is what holds a self-levelling underlayment to one consistency across a whole pour.
    • 300 ft horizontal and 80 ft vertical reach - a full 50% further horizontally than the 200 ft class, and enough lift to feed several floors from one ground-level set-up.
    • Wireless remote control so the operator starts, stops and trims pump speed at the placement end instead of walking back to the machine mid-pour.
    • Integrated level sensor managing material feed, which stops the hopper running dry - the fastest way to destroy a rotor and stator.
    • Variable speed progressive cavity pump giving constant, non-pulsing output at whatever rate the finishing crew can keep up with.
    • Up to 200 bags per hour from pre-blended bagged material, with no separate mixer to site, power or clean.
    • 25 in. wide and 525 lb - it goes through a standard double doorway, which is the constraint that rules most machines out of interior work.
    • 39 in. dry material hopper fill height, a comfortable bag-tipping height that does not need a loading platform.

🔑 What the SureMix Grout Mixer and Pump Changes on Site

    • Pour a floor at one consistency. Two mixing stages before the pump mean the last bag of a self-levelling underlayment matches the first, which is what determines whether a floor needs remedial grinding.
    • Cover 50% more ground per set-up. 300 ft horizontal reach against the 200 ft typical of single-mix machines, plus 80 ft of lift, so fewer moves and fewer re-primes.
    • Run the machine from the hose. Wireless remote control means the operator adjusts speed where the material is landing, instead of shouting to someone at the panel.
    • Protect the rotor and stator automatically. The level sensor stops the hopper running dry - dry running destroys an elastomer stator in seconds, and it is the most common avoidable failure on this class of machine.
    • Get it through the door. At 25 in. wide and 525 lb it passes through a standard double doorway and along a corridor, which is the constraint that decides most interior underlayment jobs.
    • Tip bags at 39 in. - a working height that does not need a loading ramp or a platform built on site.

🔗 Material and Hose Compatibility on the SureMix

The SureMix runs pre-blended bagged materials - self-levelling underlayments, overlays, repair and patching mortars, fireproofing and grouts. Both mixing stages and the pump are sized for those products; the machine is not intended for site-batched concrete with aggregate.

Material is delivered through standard mortar hose up to 300 ft horizontally or 80 ft vertically. Bags are tipped at a 39 in. fill height into the dry material hopper, and the integrated level sensor regulates feed so the mix ratio holds as the crew changes pace.

Check that your underlayment or overlay is approved by its manufacturer for pumped machine application before ordering - coverage rates and working times differ between hand-mixed and machine-mixed use.

🚜 What the SureMix Grout Mixer and Pump Needs on Site

The SureMix is a self-contained, mains-powered machine rather than a machine attachment - there is no mount and no host loader. What decides whether it suits a job is the electrical supply, the access route and the pumping distance.

Site requirement What the SureMix needs
    Electrical supply 220 V, 3-phase, 30 A
Machine footprint 25 in. wide x 70 in. long x 56 in. high
    Weight 525 lb (estimated)
Access 25 in. width clears a standard double doorway and most corridors
Horizontal reach Up to 300 ft
Vertical reach Up to 80 ft
Bag tipping height 39 in. to the dry material hopper
Material Pre-blended bagged products only - no site-batched aggregate

The 80 ft vertical figure is what makes multi-storey work practical from a single ground-level position: the machine stays by the material stack and the hose goes up, rather than lifting the machine floor by floor.

Confirm 220 V 3-phase 30 A supply is available at the work area before ordering. If the run is longer than 300 ft horizontally or higher than 80 ft, the machine needs to be repositioned rather than pushed past its rating.

Everything needed to size this machine to your site is on this page - add it to your cart to see delivered pricing for your address. If anything about the power supply or the access route still needs checking, we confirm it with you after the order is placed.

🔗 What the SureMix Grout Mixer and Pump Is Used For

The SureMix is specified as a self leveling mixer on floor preparation, as a self leveling underlayment pump on large pours, as a fireproofing pump on steel-frame work and as a grouting machine on repair contracts. As a mortar pump for pre-blended bagged product it also covers overlays and patching mortars. It is a mixing pump for bagged material rather than a concrete mixing pump - a self leveling pump takes no aggregate, and neither does this machine.

    • Self-levelling underlayment
    • Decorative and structural overlays
    • Repair and patching mortars
    • Fireproofing materials
    • Grout applications

🔗 What Else Pairs With the SureMix Mixer and Pump

❓ SureMix Grout Mixer and Pump Questions, Answered

Inspect the SureMix before you sign. The machine ships crated by LTL freight with the wireless remote packed separately - confirm the remote is present as well as checking the mixing chamber and control panel for transit damage. Note anything missing or damaged on the Bill of Lading before the driver leaves.

What does the dual mixing design on the SureMix actually do?

The SureMix passes material through two mixing stages before it reaches the progressive cavity pump. That second stage is what holds a self-levelling underlayment to one consistency across a whole pour, rather than letting the mix drift as the crew changes pace.

How far can the SureMix grout mixer and pump deliver material?

Up to 300 ft horizontally and up to 80 ft vertically. The vertical figure is what makes multi-storey work practical from one ground-level position beside the material stack.

What power supply does the SureMix need?

The SureMix requires 220 V, 3-phase power at 30 A. Confirm that supply is available at the work area before ordering - single-phase will not run the machine.

Will the SureMix fit through a standard doorway?

The SureMix is 25 in. wide, 70 in. long and 56 in. high, and weighs an estimated 525 lb. The 25 in. width clears a standard double doorway and most corridors, which is the constraint that usually decides whether a machine can be used on interior work.

What materials does the SureMix handle?

The SureMix runs pre-blended bagged materials: self-levelling underlayments, decorative and structural overlays, repair and patching mortars, fireproofing materials and grouts. It is not intended for site-batched concrete containing aggregate.

What does the wireless remote control on the SureMix do?

The remote lets the operator start, stop and adjust pump speed from the placement end of the hose. On a self-levelling pour that means the person watching the material land is the person controlling the flow rate.

What is the level sensor for?

The integrated level sensor manages material feed so the hopper does not run dry. Dry running destroys an elastomer stator within seconds, and it is the most common avoidable failure on rotor-stator machines.

Is the SureMix a skid steer attachment?

No. The SureMix is a self-contained, mains-powered machine with no quick attach plate and no host machine. The SureMix requires a 220 V 3-phase 30 A supply and floor space rather than a loader.

How high do bags have to be lifted?

The dry material hopper fill height on the SureMix is 39 in., which is a normal bag-tipping height and does not require a loading ramp or a platform built on site.

What warranty comes with the SureMix?

Ventures Equipment warrants the machine free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from delivery, to the initial user. Normal wear parts are excluded, including seals, rotors, stators, hoses, shaft couplings and connectors, pump shafts and filter elements.
