Overview
The SD95HPS-ECV is a helical pile driver attachment — Digga's high powered Supa drive at 69,244 ft-lbs with the Energy Control Valve fitted from the factory. The ECV is what separates an anchoring drive from a drilling one: it bleeds off the energy a pile stores as it is driven, instead of letting it unwind back through the motor. It runs a 100mm square shaft on a 201 horsepower radial piston motor, and takes up to 100 GPM.

What the Energy Control Valve Does
When a helical pile reaches torque and the operator stops the drive, the pile is still wound up — Digga's own comparison is a rubber band on a wind-up plane. That energy has to go somewhere before the drive is uncoupled. The ECV is a bypass valve that lets the anchor unwind in a controlled way instead of forcing the stored pressure back up the pile and into the motor and gearbox, which is what damages them.
On the SD95HPS-ECV the valve is fitted from the factory, which is what makes it an anchoring drive rather than a drilling one.
Where the SD95HPS-ECV Sits in the Supa Range
Against the SD80 below it, the SD95 adds 11 percent more torque and turns 25 RPM down to 22. Nothing larger is offered in the Supa range — above this Digga moves to the Mega and Ultra drives. Every drive in the range shares the same body, motor rating, shaft and bit list, so the choice is torque against rotation speed rather than one model being better built than another. The SD95HPS is the same drive without the valve, for drilling rather than anchoring, and the SD95HPT adds a second speed.
Which Machines Fit It?
Supa drives are built for excavators in the 15 to 30 tonne class and for dedicated piling rigs. The limits that matter are hydraulic: 100 GPM of flow, and pressure that must not exceed 5,000 PSI at 70 GPM. A machine that cannot feed it will not hurt the drive, but it will not reach the torque above either.

Drilling or anchoring version — which do I need?
Anchoring, if you are installing helical piles or screw anchors. Digga requires the ECV for that work, and it is fitted here from the factory. If the job is drilling holes, the plain drilling version costs less and does the same drilling.
What bits does it take?
RC11 and DR11 on the 100mm square hub — see RC11 heavy duty combo bits and DR11 rock augers. Digga rates the drive to 79 inches in earth and 60 in clay or shale.
How is alignment held on a piling job?
With an inclinometer rather than by eye. The DiggAlign auger alignment system reads the lean fore and aft and side to side on an in-cab display, and can be calibrated for angles up to 20 degrees.
Is a mount included?
No. Supa drives are supplied as drives; the hitch or cradle is ordered separately, and the 130mm linkage with it.
How does it compare with the 30DDS?
Different class. The 30DDS excavator package tops out at 30,712 ft-lbs on an orbital motor for a 30 tonne excavator. The SD95HPS-ECV starts at 69,244 ft-lbs on a 201 HP radial piston motor and is built for piling.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and your delivery address, and the charge is shown before you complete the order. Supa drives ship by LTL freight.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Wrong Address:
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. Returns
Returns
We offer returns and exchanges in limited circumstances as follows:
- In order to submit a return, you must contact us by email at support@eSkidsteer.com for us to confirm the items ordered are eligible for return or exchange;
- To be eligible for a return, you must commence the return process within 30 days of your item being delivered to you and:
- it must be unused, for example, once an item is hooked up to an attachment plate, hydraulic lines or electrical connection, it will not be eligible for return. Likewise, if your item shows any sign of use, which we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion, we will not accept the return;
- it must be in the same condition you received it in. You will be required to send us timestamped photos of the condition of your items as a condition to determine your eligibility for the return or exchange; and
- it must be returned in the same packaging or containers as it was received in.
We do not accept returns for products that were listed as final sale items at the time of purchase.
You agree to pay a 25% restocking fee on all returns, which we will deduct from any refund owing to you.
After the above referenced 30-day period, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, under any circumstances.
If your return or exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on shipping your items back to us or the applicable supplier via email.
You agree that you shall be responsible for all return shipping costs and related expenses.
Our shipping cost to you is not refundable.
You are also responsible for ensuring the items are carefully packaged for shipment and that risk of loss or damage during return shipping shall be your sole liability. You may wish to obtain insurance while the returned items are in transit.
Lost or Damaged
If the item is damaged when you receive it, do not sign the proof of delivery, and contact us immediately at support@eSkidsteer.com. If you sign the proof of delivery form, you cannot later claim the item was lost (i.e. not delivered) or damaged on arrival.
If the item is damaged on arrival take photos of the damage with a time stamp.
In the event the item is lost or damaged on arrival, we will assist you with filing a reimbursement claim directly with the applicable supplier or shipping company as applicable. However, you agree that as we are not the direct supplier of the items, it shall be your responsibility to pursue any claims with the applicable supplier in the event your lost or damaged item is not replaced by the supplier or carrier.
