Add 2 momentary controls and 2 locking controls to your skid steer or compact track loader—fast.
The Genius Control Injector Kit is built for operators who need more attachment functions without paying thousands for factory switch upgrades. If your machine doesn’t have enough buttons to run a grapple, broom, snow blower, Harley rake, planer accessories, or other multi-function attachments, this kit adds four additional cab controls using a simple, rugged toggle switch pack powered from a standard cigarette lighter plug (fused).
Important John Deere note: This kit does not work with John Deere machines unless you relocate the main ground wire as required for compatibility.

Why customers use this kit:
How it works:
Mount the switch pack in your cab using the included magnets (or hard-mount with self-tapping screws if preferred). Power it from a 12V source, then route the 20 ft output extension out of the cab and along the boom (tie-wrapped to hydraulic lines for protection) to your coupler area. Connect at the boom using the appropriate output adapter and you’re ready to run added attachment functions.
What’s included:
Pro installation tip (14-pin machines):
On many 14-pin machines, you can insert the control pins directly into open positions inside the machine’s 14-pin connector (common locations are E & F or G & H on some platforms). This lets the added controls behave like integrated factory-style outputs for your attachment—after you match your attachment pinning accordingly.
Optional integration idea (advanced wiring):
If you want these controls to work alongside existing machine controls through your current 14-pin harness, you can re-pin the needed outputs inside your connector and set your attachment pinout to match. (Follow the correct wiring practices for your machine and application.)
#177 - Add 4 Controls to Kubota SVL 75/90/95
#167 - ASW-200 Add Controls to Your Machine.
This kit adds a total of four additional controls: two momentary controls and two locking controls, expanding a machine’s ability to operate more attachment functions.
It is designed for machines that lack sufficient factory-installed controls, including older Cat models, ASV, Terex, Kubota, Takeuchi, and other machines with 8-pin or 14-pin connectors but limited active control pins.
It does not work with John Deere machines unless the main ground wire in the machine is relocated.
It was developed to provide an affordable and flexible way to add attachment controls without requiring expensive factory upgrades or additional control modules.
The control unit plugs into a cigarette lighter-style 12-volt power source inside the cab.
The switch assembly can be mounted using built-in magnets for temporary installation or secured permanently using self-tapping screws.
The output cables extend approximately 20 feet and are routed from the cab along the boom, typically secured to hydraulic lines for protection.
Yes, it allows machines with 8-pin connectors to operate attachments that normally require a 14-pin connection by adding additional control outputs.
Yes, on 14-pin machines, the control wires can be inserted into unused pin positions so the new controls work alongside existing machine controls.
Yes, it is especially useful for machines that only have two or four factory buttons, allowing them to operate attachments that require multiple control functions.
