The SG-BC6-BC10 4-Input / 10-Output Multiplexer is a specialty harness designed to work together with the SG-ASW-200 controller so you can add up to four additional controls to your 14-pin equipped loader. It’s built for operators who need more functions than the standard machine wiring provides.
Simply plug one end into your 14-pin equipped loader (Bobcat, Kubota, Case, Takeuchi, New Holland, JCB/Volvo, Yanmar, Gehl or Mustang), connect the pigtail to the ASW controller, and you can unlock up to 10 electrical functions, with two of them being locking outputs. All outputs are delivered through an industry-standard 14-pin connector that ties into your existing electrical system.
When you use this harness with the SG-ASW-200 controller, the following additional outputs are made available on your 14-pin connector:
You can re-pin these outputs for custom or specialty operations using the supplied pinning tool, so the harness can be tailored to unique attachment requirements.
This is another Genius solution created to give you more control options from the machine you already own.
This multiplexer does not work on John Deere machines without modifying the machine-side connector. If you intend to use it on a Deere loader, you must move the ground pin in the machine harness from position A to position B. If you are not comfortable with this type of modification, consult a qualified technician.
The multiplexer can be used on CAT D-Series machines, but with the following important limitations:
Make sure you understand how these differences affect your attachment before putting the system into service.
Most machines with a 14-pin connector provide up to six switched ports as a factory option. Some manufacturers require that these options be ordered separately. Since we have no way of knowing how your loader was configured when it left the factory, it is your responsibility to verify that:
If you plan on moving a large number of pins on your attachment or within the harness, keep in mind that the kit includes free single-use pin tools suitable for occasional changes. For more frequent or heavy use, a commercial-duty Deutsch tool is strongly recommended:
A detailed user manual is available to guide you through installation, pin-out verification, and best practices when pairing this harness with the SG-ASW-200 controller and your attachments:

Both ends of this product are built using original-style components and factory pin specifications. However, we cannot guarantee that your machine was ordered with all available electrical controls, or that your attachment harness matches the original pin layout — especially in the case of auction or second-hand equipment.
Always verify pin-outs on both your machine and attachment before applying power. If changes are required, use proper connector tools and follow safe wiring procedures. When in doubt, consult a qualified technician to ensure safe and correct operation.
This multiplexer expands the number of control functions available on a 14-pin equipped loader, giving you up to 10 output functions (including locking outputs) from the original machine wiring.
It is designed for skid steers or loaders that already have a standard 14-pin electrical connection — from brands like Bobcat, Kubota, Case, New Holland, Takeuchi, and similar loaders that use 14-pin wiring.
With the multiplexer, you can operate attachments that require multiple electrical functions — such as hydraulic tools, grapples, lights, or other multi-function implements — even if your loader’s original wiring had fewer outputs.
No — the multiplexer is plug-and-play. You connect it to the loader’s 14-pin output and it handles the function expansion internally. No complex rewiring is required under normal installation conditions.
No. This is an external harness that works with the existing 14-pin system. It does not require modification to the machine’s wiring harness or permanent changes to the electrical system.
Yes — when used as intended, the multiplexer provides reliable power and control outputs through a standard 14-pin connector, making it suitable for typical skid steer job-site conditions, including frequent attachment changes.
Yes — the multiplexer supports both standard and locking outputs, which allows more complex attachments and control needs to be covered.
Yes — as long as the loader has a compatible 14-pin port and the attachment wiring matches the 14-pin standard, you can disconnect and reuse the multiplexer across machines or attachments without modification.
Ensure the 14-pin connection is fully seated and locked, verify that the attachment wiring is compatible with the standard 14-pin pinout, and confirm that your loader has enough control circuits/outputs for the functions the attachment requires. Mismatched pinouts or overloaded circuits are the most common causes of issues.
