PLEASE READ: This specialty harness is designed to work with the SG-ASW-200 Controller to add up to 4 additional auxiliary controls to your machine—ideal when your attachment setup needs more functions than your factory switch package provides.
How it works (plug-and-play): Connect the harness to your machine’s 14-pin port, then plug the pigtail into the ASW controller. You can unlock up to 10 total functions (including two locking outputs) delivered through an industry-standard wired 14-pin connector.
Added outputs provided by this harness:
A & P — Latching
M & N — Momentary
Custom pinning: Need a specialty operation? Re-pin the added outputs as needed using the included pin tool.
Compatible loaders (14-pin equipped): Bobcat, Kubota, Case, Takeuchi, New Holland, JCB/Volvo, Yanmar, Gehl, and Mustang.
Important fitment notes:
*Note: This harness does not work with John Deere without machine connector modifications, and it does not work with Cat D-Series completely (see below).
John Deere note: To use on a John Deere machine, move the ground pin in the machine harness from A to B.
CAT D-Series note: This adapter can be used with Cat only if you understand the following: Pin K will not be +12V (Cat uses it as a ground sense for high-flow), and Pin A will be operated from the switch panel (not the machine control).
Control availability: Most machines can output a 14-pin signal with 6 switched ports, but some manufacturers require optional switch packages. Because we don’t know how your machine was ordered, it’s your responsibility to confirm you have enough controls installed for your intended attachment and workflow.
Both ends of this product are built to factory pin specifications with original factory parts. We cannot guarantee that your machine was ordered with all of the factory controls, nor can we guarantee that your attachment is pinned accordingly as well. This is especially evident with auction attachments or second hand items bought on the internet. We include tools and instructions on moving pins to make everything align.
