Expanded Attachment Control: Once connected, this harness helps deliver up to 10 total functions, including two locking outputs, through an industry-standard wired 14-pin connector. It is an effective solution for applications that require more control options than the factory setup provides.
Added Output Functions:
Flexible Pin Configuration: The included pinning tool allows you to re-pin outputs for specialized operations, giving you more flexibility when setting up attachments or custom control requirements.
Machine Compatibility: This harness is designed specifically for Cat D Series 255 and 265 loaders equipped with a 14-pin connection. It is not intended for use with any other machine brand or model.
Cat D Series Notes: When using this adapter on compatible Cat machines, Pin K will not supply +12 volts because that pin is used by Cat as a ground-sense circuit for high-flow operation. Pin A is controlled through your switch panel rather than through the machine control system. A high-flow jumper is not installed.
Recommended Application: A common use for this harness is operating a grader with laser functions, such as certain 96-inch or 108-inch grader setups that require additional switched outputs.
