Price shown includes a 23' cable and no battery pack. Select your preferred cable length and add a battery pack (optional) using the dropdowns above—your total will update automatically.
The JCB-400 joystick controller is a simple, budget-friendly way to add up to 10 attachment functions when your machine doesn’t have enough factory auxiliary controls. It’s ideal for operators who run a few attachments occasionally and want an easy plug-in solution.
To use it, plug the controller into your cigarette lighter power source, stick the magnetic control box onto a steel surface in the cab, then connect the cable to any 14-pin attachment and start working.
If your attachment isn’t equipped with a 14-pin connection, you’ll need to convert the attachment connector or use one of our adapter options so the controller can interface correctly.
The JCB-400 is a great match for high-function attachments such as 14-pin graders (including laser setups), Raptor boom arm mowers, and most tools requiring up to ten separate outputs. It can also run cold planers, since the toggle sets direction while the joystick handles actuation.
Control Mapping (14-Pin Output / 10 Functions):
B = Ground.C/D = Joystick Left/Right (Momentary).E/F = Joystick Up/Down (Momentary).G/H = Toggle 1 Left/Right (Momentary).P/A = Toggle 2 Up/Down (Locking).M/N = Toggle 3 Up/Down (Momentary).
The base price is for the controller only. Choose a 10' cable for quick temporary installs, or a 23' cable for clean permanent routing.
On certain machines (example: Kubota), the input cable can be removed and the pin layout aligns with the factory power connector under the rear of the seat—allowing a direct connection without additional wiring.
Prefer not to deal with vehicle power? Add the optional battery box. Because the unit draws power primarily when switching, the battery can last a long time between charges (usage dependent).
NEW APPLICATION — BOBCAT GRADER CONTROL:
The JCB-400 also works extremely well for Bobcat grader applications and can support laser control setups. Select the correct options above. When paired with a GW-100 harness, the system bypasses the Bobcat computer and converts the grader interface to a 14-pin style connection for direct plug-in to the JCB-400. If you’re adding a Futurra laser system, choose the GR-X harness to provide full 14-pin capability for true plug-and-play laser integration.
It’s a joystick-based controller made to operate up to 10 attachment functions when your machine doesn’t already have the needed auxiliary controls.
Up to 10 functions (10 controls) when used with a 14-pin output setup.
You can power it using a cigarette-lighter style power source, or (if selected) an optional battery pack so you don’t have to rely on machine power.
It’s built around 14-pin attachment control. If your attachment isn’t 14-pin compatible, you’ll need to convert the attachment connector or use an adapter solution.
It’s commonly used for 14-pin graders (including setups with lasers), boom arm mowers, and other attachments that require multiple control functions. It can also be used with cold planers where direction selection and function control are needed.
You choose the cable length based on your setup—typically a shorter cable for temporary use and a longer cable for a more permanent routing/installation.
The outputs map to standard control positions including joystick left/right and up/down, plus multiple toggle directions. One toggle is described as locking, while others are momentary.
Yes. It’s described as a strong option for Bobcat graders and can be configured to support laser-related control needs when the appropriate harness options are selected.
Yes. The displayed price depends on the chosen cable option and whether you include a battery pack; changing those selections updates the total.
