Run a CID Swing Boom Cutter on your Caterpillar ABC Series platform with this purpose-built adapter. It’s designed to convert your machine’s Cat/ASV/Terex 8-pin output to the round 6-pin connector used on CID boom cutter control harnesses—so you can plug in, power up, and get back to cutting.
Machine compatibility: Built for Cat ABC Series (8-pin) and commonly used on Terex and ASV machines that share the same 8-pin style output.
ASV Users – PLEASE READ: The 8-pin side is pinned for Caterpillar ABC Series using Pins A, B, C, D, E, H. To run properly on many ASV machines, you may need to move Pin H to Pin G. Tools are included, and instructions are available in the video section of our website.
Both ends of this product are built to factory pin specifications with original factory parts. We cannot guarantee that your machine was ordered with all of the factory controls, nor can we guarantee that your attachment is pinned accordingly (especially with auction or second-hand attachments). We include tools and instructions on moving pins to help everything align.
