The Haugen set of heavy duty pallet forks skid steer operators use where a standard frame runs out (MHF) — Class 2 and Class 3 carriage ratings — 6,200 lbs on Class 2 and 10,000 lbs on Class 3. Heavy duty brick guard and sides, with 1-1/4" x 3" top and bottom carriage bars, in 45" and 60" frame widths.

💪 Why Heavy Duty Pallet Forks Skid Steer Frames Are Built Differently
These are not standard skid steer pallet forks with a bigger sticker. Three things are genuinely heavier:
- 1-1/4" x 3" carriage bars, top and bottom. The bars are what the tines hang from and where load concentrates. A heavier bar section is what allows the higher rating.
- Class 3 option at 10,000 lbs. Class 2 covers most skid steer work at 6,200 lbs. Class 3 with 2" x 5" tines nearly doubles it, for machines and loads that need it.
- Heavy duty brick guard and sides. Not just a back panel — the sides are built up too, which matters when loose material is stacked high on the tines.
The trade-off is weight. A 60" Class 2 frame with 72" tines is 640 lbs, against 265 lbs for a standard rail frame before tines. That weight comes off what your machine can carry, so the extreme duty range suits larger machines where the fork rather than the loader was previously the limit.
📏 Choosing Class and Tine Length
Class 2 at 6,200 lbs exceeds what most skid steers can lift, so it is the practical choice unless you are on a large-frame machine. Class 3 at 10,000 lbs with 2" x 5" tines is for the heaviest work, and Class 3 tines run up to 96".
Longer tines put the load further forward, which reduces your machine's usable capacity — choose the shortest tine that supports your loads properly rather than the longest that will fit.

Universal skid steer quick attach. Frame weights run 520 to 640 lbs on the Class 2 models before any load.
That weight matters more here than on lighter forks. Check your machine's rated operating capacity with the attachment weight included, because on many skid steers the machine will reach its limit well before a 6,200 lb fork does.

Do I need Class 2 or Class 3?
Class 2 is rated 6,200 lbs, which is beyond most skid steers' own lifting capacity. Class 3 at 10,000 lbs with 2" x 5" tines is for large-frame machines and the heaviest loads. If your machine cannot lift 6,200 lbs, Class 3 buys you nothing but weight.
How are these different from standard pallet forks?
Heavier throughout — 1-1/4" x 3" carriage bars top and bottom, heavy duty brick guard and built-up sides. A 60" frame with 72" tines weighs 640 lbs against 265 lbs for a standard rail frame before tines.
Which frame width?
45" or 60". Wider gives more tine spread for wide or unstable loads; narrower is lighter and better in tight spaces. The 60" frames weigh 20 to 50 lbs more depending on tine length.
Which tine length?
48" for standard pallets, 60" and 72" for longer loads. Class 3 goes to 96". Remember that longer tines carry the load further from the machine, which cuts usable capacity.
Will my skid steer handle these?
Check rated operating capacity with the fork weight included — 520 to 640 lbs on Class 2. On a mid-size machine the loader is the limiting factor, not the fork.
What are the carriage bars for?
They are the rails the tines hang from and where load concentrates. At 1-1/4" x 3" top and bottom they are what makes the higher capacity rating possible.

Failure to Accept Products on Delivery
If you reject delivery of goods ordered from us, or otherwise fail to accept delivery of the goods, you agree to pay for all related and additional shipping fees, duties, taxes, restocking fees and other charges arising from such failure to accept delivery. After such failure to accept delivery of the goods, it shall be your responsibility to pay for and arrange a new shipping date.

We also provide tracking numbers for all orders. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your package. You will receive this tracking number via email.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
At this time, we cannot ship to multiple addresses in one order. Please place separate orders on support@eSkidsteer.com to ship to different addresses. If you need assistance, please contact our Customer Service.
Wrong Address:
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
Change of Address:
If your item hasn’t yet been shipped, you may change your delivery address by emailing at support@eSkidsteer.com. Please note that we are not obligated to ensure changes to the delivery address after the item has been delivered.

Returns
Returns
We offer returns and exchanges in limited circumstances as follows:
- In order to submit a return, you must contact us by email at support@eSkidsteer.com for us to confirm the items ordered are eligible for return or exchange;
- To be eligible for a return, you must commence the return process within 30 days of your item being delivered to you and:
- it must be unused, for example, once an item is hooked up to an attachment plate, hydraulic lines or electrical connection, it will not be eligible for return. Likewise, if your item shows any sign of use, which we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion, we will not accept the return;
- it must be in the same condition you received it in. You will be required to send us timestamped photos of the condition of your items as a condition to determine your eligibility for the return or exchange; and
- it must be returned in the same packaging or containers as it was received in.
We do not accept returns for products that were listed as final sale items at the time of purchase.
You agree to pay a 25% restocking fee on all returns, which we will deduct from any refund owing to you.
After the above referenced 30-day period, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, under any circumstances.
If your return or exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on shipping your items back to us or the applicable supplier via email.
You agree that you shall be responsible for all return shipping costs and related expenses.
Our shipping cost to you is not refundable.
You are also responsible for ensuring the items are carefully packaged for shipment and that risk of loss or damage during return shipping shall be your sole liability. You may wish to obtain insurance while the returned items are in transit.
Lost or Damaged
If the item is damaged when you receive it, do not sign the proof of delivery, and contact us immediately at support@eSkidsteer.com. If you sign the proof of delivery form, you cannot later claim the item was lost (i.e. not delivered) or damaged on arrival.
If the item is damaged on arrival take photos of the damage with a time stamp.
In the event the item is lost or damaged on arrival, we will assist you with filing a reimbursement claim directly with the applicable supplier or shipping company as applicable. However, you agree that as we are not the direct supplier of the items, it shall be your responsibility to pursue any claims with the applicable supplier in the event your lost or damaged item is not replaced by the supplier or carrier.
No Warranties Offered by Us
Everything on the Website, including all products available for order, are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind from us, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
