    90° Tilt
    📐
    36-84" Wide

    📘 Overview

The Amulet T3 excavator tilt bucket tilts 45° each way for a full 90° range, which is what lets an operator cut a slope, profile a ditch or finish a grade without repositioning the machine. Twin heavy-duty double-acting hydraulic cylinders, fully guarded, with the bucket hose kit included. Built for backhoe loaders and excavators from 6,000 lb to 80,000 lb, in widths from 36" to 84", and in standard or high-capacity versions — the high-capacity bucket carries about 40% more volume in the same width.

Pin set sold separately. Specify your excavator make, model and year when ordering.

Amulet describes the tilt bucket as fast becoming standard equipment for rental yards and contractors. As a tilt grading bucket it replaces the two-pass approach of cutting then dressing a slope, and on smaller carriers a mini excavator tilt bucket in 36" or 42" does the same job in confined ground. Buyers shopping for a tilt bucket for mini excavator work, or for a bucket tilt attachment to add to an existing machine, are describing this product — but note the distinction: this is a complete tilt bucket for excavator use, not an excavator bucket tilt attachment that mounts between your stick and a bucket you already own.

🔧 Amulet Tilt Bucket Key Features

    • Full 90° tilt range — 45° each way, powered by twin double-acting cylinders.
    • Heavy-duty double-acting hydraulic cylinders, fully guarded — the guarding is what keeps a cylinder alive on a bucket that works against banks and rock.
    • Twin cylinders ship complete with the bucket hose kit, so the plumbing is not a separate sourcing problem.
    • Standard side taper allowing bucket clearance through crowd action — the bucket does not bind as the stick pulls through.
    • Induction-hardened pivot pins mounted through large bushed surfaces to maximise wearability at the tilt joint.
    • Cylinder rod ends are bushed for straightforward maintenance.
    • Hydraulic hose guides fitted for short-hose protection — a common failure point on tilt buckets.
    • Wear strips fitted as standard for extended bucket life.
    • Drilled for a standard bolt-on cutting edge, available as an option to extend base-edge life.
    • Optional abrasion-resistant side cutters and heavy-duty cutting edge to increase rigidity, durability and wear resistance.
    • Standard or high-capacity in every width — high capacity carries roughly 40% more volume and weight.
    • 2-year warranty, 100% made in the USA at Amulet’s plant in Rathdrum, Idaho.

⭐ What a Tilt Bucket Changes on Site

    • Slopes and V-ditching in one pass. Amulet markets the T3 as perfect for V-ditching and sloping — you set the angle hydraulically instead of walking the machine to a new position.
    • Finish grade without a second machine. A tilt bucket does dressing work that would otherwise wait for a dozer or a skid steer with a box blade.
    • Fewer repositions means less track wear and less time. On confined sites, repositioning is often the largest part of the cycle.
    • Capacity when you want it. The high-capacity bucket moves about 40% more per pass in the same width — worth having when the same machine also does bulk work.
    • Rental-yard staple. Wear strips, guarded cylinders and hose guides are the details that decide whether a tilt bucket survives being rented.

📊 Excavator Tilt Bucket Models by Machine Weight Class

The tilt bucket is sold by machine weight class, with the width and capacity choices available in that class. The 1-3 Ton class is 36" only and requires a counterweight; from 15-20 Ton up, buckets are built to order in widths up to 84" — specify your width in the order notes.

Machine Weight Class Machine Weight Models & Widths Bucket Weight
    1-3 Ton 2,000–6,000 lb TB1 (Standard) — 36" counter-weight req. ~350 lb
    3-5 Ton 6,000–10,000 lb TB1 (Standard) — 36", 42" 48"
    TB1.5 (High Capacity)
    ~355–450 lb
    5-6 Ton 10,000–12,000 lb TB1.5 (Standard) — 36", 42" 48"
    TB2 (High Capacity)
    ~395–525 lb
    6-8 Ton 12,000–16,000 lb TB2 (Standard) — 36", 42" 48"
    TB2 (High Capacity)
    ~550–650 lb
    8-10 Ton 16,000–20,000 lb TB2 (Standard) — 36", 42", 48"
    TB2 (High Capacity)
    ~600–850 lb
    10-15 Ton 20,000–30,000 lb TB3 (Standard) — 36", 42", 48"
    TB3 (High Capacity)
    ~750–1100 lb
    15-20 Ton 30,000–40,000 lb TB4 (Standard) ~1500 lb
    20-25 Ton 40,000–50,000 lb TB5 (Standard) ~1900 lb
    25-30 Ton 50,000–60,000 lb TB6 (Standard) ~2000 lb
    30-40 Ton 60,000–80,000 lb TB7 (Standard) ~2800 lb

Bucket weights are Amulet’s estimates and vary with width and capacity. Note that the same model code can appear as high-capacity in one class and standard in the next class up — the high-capacity bucket for a 3-5 Ton machine is the standard bucket for a 5-6 Ton machine.

    🚜 Tilt Bucket Machine Compatibility

The Amulet tilt bucket is a pin-on bucket replacement. Fitment is determined by machine weight class and by your machine’s bucket pin and boss dimensions — there is no quick-attach standard involved. It does require a spare hydraulic circuit to run the tilt cylinders. Find your machine below to identify its weight class, then select that class, your width and your capacity from the options above.

    Weight Class Machine Weight
    1-3 Ton 2,000–6,000 lb

❓ Tilt Bucket — Common Questions

How far does the Amulet tilt bucket tilt?

A full 90° range — 45° in each direction — driven by twin heavy-duty double-acting hydraulic cylinders. That is what lets you cut a slope or profile a ditch to angle without repositioning the machine.

What is the difference between standard and high-capacity?

The high-capacity bucket handles approximately 40% more volume and weight than the standard bucket in the same width. Choose standard if the bucket is mainly a finishing tool; choose high capacity if the same machine also does bulk moving. Note the high-capacity bucket is heavier, which costs you a little lift capacity at reach.

What widths is the tilt bucket available in?

From 36" to 84", depending on machine weight class. The 1-3 Ton class is 36" only and requires a counterweight on the machine. The 3-5 Ton through 10-15 Ton classes are offered in 36", 42" and 48". From 15-20 Ton upward, buckets are built to order — specify your width up to 84" in the order notes at checkout.

Is a pin set included with the tilt bucket?

No — the pin set is sold separately. Specify your excavator make, model and year when ordering so the correct pin dimensions are supplied with your bucket.

    Are bolt-on cutting edges available?

Yes. Every Amulet tilt bucket is drilled for a standard bolt-on cutting edge, and the edge is available as an option to extend the life of the base edge. Amulet also offers abrasion-resistant side cutters and a heavy-duty cutting edge, which increase bucket rigidity, durability and wear resistance.

What does the tilt bucket need from my machine hydraulically?

A spare circuit to run the twin double-acting cylinders. The bucket hose kit is supplied with the cylinders, and hydraulic hose guides are fitted to protect the short hoses. If you are unsure what your machine has spare, call eskidsteer.com at (866) 757-8337 before ordering.

Which tilt bucket model fits my excavator?

The tilt bucket is sold by machine weight class from 1-3 Ton through 30-40 Ton. Find your machine in the compatibility table on this page to identify its weight class, then select that class along with your width and capacity. Specify make, model and year at checkout.

How much does an Amulet tilt bucket weigh?

Approximately 350 lb on the smallest 36" bucket up to about 2,800 lb on the largest, depending on class, width and whether you choose standard or high capacity. The per-class figures are in the model table on this page. Weight matters for lift capacity at reach and for the freight quoted at checkout.

What warranty comes with the tilt bucket?

Amulet lists a 2-year warranty on the tilt bucket and manufactures it entirely in the USA at Rathdrum, Idaho. On hydraulic products, cylinders, hoses and fittings are commonly warranted for a shorter term than the structure — check the documentation supplied with your bucket.

How is shipping calculated on the tilt bucket?

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. Add the bucket to your cart and enter your delivery address and the freight cost is quoted before you pay. Tilt bucket weight ranges from roughly 350 lb to 2,800 lb, so freight varies considerably by the model you select.

How do I order an Amulet tilt bucket?

Order directly on eskidsteer.com. Select your machine weight class, width and capacity above, add to cart and complete checkout, specifying your excavator make, model and year. For widths above 48", add the width you need in the order notes. For fitment questions before you buy, call us at (866) 757-8337.
