Why are you seeing fire extinguishers on an electronics web site?
Because we have spoken to so many customers that have had their machines catch fire over the years. We also were witness to watching a neighbors tractor burn up because we did not have enough fire power to stop it. Our 5 lb. fire extinguishers lasted about 15 seconds and then we ran around trying to come up with more. One of the fire extinguishers was so old that it no longer worked.
We see Element Fire Extinguishers as the solution to so many issues.
Have a look at all of these features and benefits.
NOTE: Element fire extinguishers are not UL approved because they are so new and no other technology exists to compare them to except the bottles. It is the users obligation to be sure that these can be used in your application. For my personal use, this is the only fire extinguishers that I will use on my machines.
Because equipment fires are more common than most owners realize, and we’ve talked with many customers who’ve experienced machine fires over the years. After seeing how quickly a small extinguisher can run out, we decided to offer a more practical option for skid steers, tractors, and other equipment.
Element extinguishers are compact, simple to operate, and can discharge for up to 100 seconds—far longer than many traditional small extinguishers, which can be depleted in seconds during a serious equipment fire.
There are no pins to pull. You snap off the top and activate it like a road flare, making it fast and straightforward during an emergency.
Element extinguishers are designed to be “no mess” compared to many traditional extinguishers, so cleanup is minimal (beyond whatever damage the fire may have caused).
It’s described as non-toxic, which makes it a strong option for use around operators and inside enclosed spaces like a cab.
These extinguishers are advertised as maintenance-free for life, so you don’t have to worry about pressure gauges, recharging, or old units failing when you need them most.
Because it’s compact, it can be mounted in many locations without taking up valuable cab space—ideal for skid steers, compact track loaders, tractors, and UTV-style service vehicles.
The Element extinguisher is not UL approved, and it’s your responsibility to confirm it meets the requirements for your specific application or workplace rules.
Yes—there’s a Jay Leno’s Garage review available on YouTube that demonstrates the product and explains why it’s different from traditional extinguisher bottles.
