How It Works: From the back of the connector, slide the tool carefully over the wire and into the rubber pin or socket cavity. Turn the tool about a quarter turn until you feel it engage, then gently pull on the wire from the rear of the connector until the terminal releases.
If the pin or socket does not release immediately, pull the tool back slightly, rotate again, and push it back in. This helps catch the locking barbs correctly. Use technique rather than force, as excessive pulling can damage the wire or connector body.
