Overview
The 3DSS is Digga's planetary skid steer auger attachment for skid steers and compact track loaders of 5,500 - 8,400 lbs: 2,829 ft-lbs at 3,000 PSI, 10-30 GPM, a 2 inch hex shaft, and a universal quick attach frame package with 87 inch hoses and flush-face disconnects. Drive Only comes first for anyone replacing a drive on a frame they already own.

A drive working well below the machine needs more hose than the 87 inch set, and Digga's TPE hose kits come in 14 ft and 16 ft for that. Tell us if the package is for TPE work and we will confirm hose length with the order.
HALO Alignment Kit
Every 3DSS option on this page can be taken with No HALO or with the HALO Alignment Kit. The kit is not a bolt-on: the drive arrives with HALO built into its hood, with the extension cable and in-cab 12V plug. A ring of green lights means plumb and red guides the operator back — which is what replaces the second person standing at the hole calling the auger plumb. Retrofitting an older drive is a separate HALO Retrofit Kit.
Where the 3DSS Sits in Digga's Range
Against the 2DSS, the 3DSS adds 26 percent more turning force, from a flow range of 10-26 to 10-30 GPM. The 4DSS above it is another 16 percent up, on the same 30 inch earth ceiling. Max speed is 98 RPM. Speed and torque trade against each other, so the smaller drives in this range spin faster and the larger ones pull harder.

Which Loaders Fit the 3DSS?
The 3DSS package mounts on the universal skid steer quick attach plate, so brand does not decide fitment — flow does. It runs on a standard auxiliary circuit from 10 GPM, so it suits ordinary standard-flow loaders.

Digga 3DSS Skid Steer Package Questions, Answered
Will the 3DSS run on my loader's standard flow?
Yes. The 3DSS is rated from 10 GPM and up to 30 GPM, which is ordinary standard-flow territory. High flow is not required.
What size holes will the 3DSS drill?
Digga rates it to 30 inches in earth and 24 inches in clay or shale. Ground conditions decide what is sensible on the day — the same drive that turns a 30 inch auger in loam will struggle at half that in hard clay.
What is the TPE frame for?
It replaces the fixed frame with a telescopic extension so the drive travels below machine reach. It is bought for piling and deep footings, where it removes the need to stack bit extensions.
Can I put a bigger auger bit on the 3DSS?
Only up to the diameters above. Beyond that the drive stalls rather than breaks, but you lose the day. If you need consistently larger holes, the drive above the 3DSS in the range is the answer.
Which bits fit?
A4 earth auger bits, AB4 bolt-on auger bits and RC4 rock and earth combo bits — all on the 2 inch hex hub. If your existing bits have the 2-9/16 inch round hub, auger adapters convert between the two.
Can the 3DSS run a concrete mixing bowl?
Yes. Digga's concrete mixing bowl runs off the same drive and frame, which is why a lot of contractors buy the package rather than the drive alone.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and your delivery address, and the charge is shown before you complete the order.
On delivery: check the package before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery, photograph it, and email support@eskidsteer.com — a clean signature makes a carrier claim much harder to win.

Failure to Accept Products on Delivery
If you reject delivery of goods ordered from us, or otherwise fail to accept delivery of the goods, you agree to pay for all related and additional shipping fees, duties, taxes, restocking fees and other charges arising from such failure to accept delivery. After such failure to accept delivery of the goods, it shall be your responsibility to pay for and arrange a new shipping date.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Wrong Address:
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
Change of Address:

Returns
Returns
We offer returns and exchanges in limited circumstances as follows:
- In order to submit a return, you must contact us by email at support@eSkidsteer.com for us to confirm the items ordered are eligible for return or exchange;
- To be eligible for a return, you must commence the return process within 30 days of your item being delivered to you and:
- it must be unused, for example, once an item is hooked up to an attachment plate, hydraulic lines or electrical connection, it will not be eligible for return. Likewise, if your item shows any sign of use, which we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion, we will not accept the return;
- it must be in the same condition you received it in. You will be required to send us timestamped photos of the condition of your items as a condition to determine your eligibility for the return or exchange; and
- it must be returned in the same packaging or containers as it was received in.
We do not accept returns for products that were listed as final sale items at the time of purchase.
You agree to pay a 25% restocking fee on all returns, which we will deduct from any refund owing to you.
After the above referenced 30-day period, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, under any circumstances.
If your return or exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on shipping your items back to us or the applicable supplier via email.
You agree that you shall be responsible for all return shipping costs and related expenses.
Our shipping cost to you is not refundable.
You are also responsible for ensuring the items are carefully packaged for shipment and that risk of loss or damage during return shipping shall be your sole liability. You may wish to obtain insurance while the returned items are in transit.
Lost or Damaged
If the item is damaged when you receive it, do not sign the proof of delivery, and contact us immediately at support@eSkidsteer.com. If you sign the proof of delivery form, you cannot later claim the item was lost (i.e. not delivered) or damaged on arrival.
If the item is damaged on arrival take photos of the damage with a time stamp.
In the event the item is lost or damaged on arrival, we will assist you with filing a reimbursement claim directly with the applicable supplier or shipping company as applicable. However, you agree that as we are not the direct supplier of the items, it shall be your responsibility to pursue any claims with the applicable supplier in the event your lost or damaged item is not replaced by the supplier or carrier.
