This 14 pin connector kit builds or rebuilds the attachment-side connector on any machine using the 14-pin Deutsch HD standard. It is the female half — the connector that lives on the attachment and receives the machine-side plug. Connector body, all fourteen sockets, cap, seal, strain relief and the installation tool are included.
Connectors of this type are commonly called Deutsch connectors after the connector family. The 14-pin version is the shared standard across most current skid steer and compact track loader brands, so the same kit serves a mixed fleet.

Pin K needs care on a Bobcat. On most machines position K is a ground sense used for high flow, but on a Bobcat it is a keyed hot — leaving a socket in K on the attachment side will blow a fuse immediately. Push pin K through where a Bobcat machine is involved.
This kit is the female, attachment-side half. The machine side takes the male kit instead. Count positions rather than installed terminals when checking what your machine has.

What is a Deutsch connector?
Deutsch is a family of sealed electrical connectors widely used on off-highway machinery, named after the connector manufacturer rather than any machine brand. The Deutsch HD 14-pin version is the standard attachment connector on most current skid steer and compact track loaders.
Do I need the male or the female kit?
The female kit, SG-KIT-DT-14-F, is the attachment-side connector — it receives the pins and plugs into the machine. The male kit is the machine side. If you are building or repairing the connector on the attachment itself, this female kit is correct.
What is the difference between pins and sockets?
Pins are the male terminals that protrude; sockets are the female terminals that receive them. This kit contains 14 female sockets because it builds the female, attachment-side connector.
Which positions do I wire to?
The standard arrangement uses B for ground, with C, D, E, F, G and H carrying the control circuits. That matches how most machines and controllers are configured.
My attachment has three loose wires — how do I wire them in?
Cut off the original connector, identify the ground (usually black) and install it into position B, then run the remaining two wires into C and D. If you do not have a proper crimping tool, solder the wires into the sockets rather than relying on a poor crimp.
Do I need a special tool to assemble this connector?
An installation tool is supplied for seating the sockets. A crimping tool is needed separately to terminate the wires onto the sockets before they are inserted — or solder them if you do not have one.
What happens if a socket is not fully seated?
It will back out under vibration and produce an intermittent circuit — a function that works one day and not the next. Use the supplied tool and confirm each socket clicks home.
How do I remove a socket if it goes into the wrong position?
Deutsch connectors are designed to be serviced. A removal tool unseats the retaining mechanism so the terminal can be withdrawn from the back of the connector and reinserted correctly.
My machine is a Bobcat — is there anything I should know about pin K?
Yes, and it matters. On most machines position K is a ground sense used for high flow, but on a Bobcat it is a keyed hot. Leaving a socket in position K on the attachment side will blow a fuse as soon as it is plugged in. Push pin K through where a Bobcat is involved.
My connector only has 8 sockets fitted — is it still a 14 pin connector?
Very likely yes. Manufacturers frequently install fewer terminals than the housing supports, so a connector with seven, eight or nine terminals fitted can still be a 14-position housing. Count the positions including the empty holes.
Does this kit include wire or a harness?
No. It is a connector kit — connector body, 14 sockets, cap, seal, strain relief, installation tool and instructions. Wire and harness are not included.
Will building this connector let me run a Bobcat CAN attachment?
No. A connector kit provides the physical connection; it cannot translate a CAN control signal. Bobcat attachments with a control box on board need a controller rather than a connector.
My machine only has two controls — will fitting this connector give me more?
No. The connector provides the physical interface, but the number of controls is set by the machine and its harness. If the machine only supplies two switched circuits, a connector will not add more — that needs a controller.

We also provide tracking numbers for all orders. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your package. You will receive this tracking number via email.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Wrong Address:
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Returns
Returns
We offer returns and exchanges in limited circumstances as follows:
- In order to submit a return, you must contact us by email at support@eSkidsteer.com for us to confirm the items ordered are eligible for return or exchange;
- To be eligible for a return, you must commence the return process within 30 days of your item being delivered to you and:
- it must be unused, for example, once an item is hooked up to an attachment plate, hydraulic lines or electrical connection, it will not be eligible for return. Likewise, if your item shows any sign of use, which we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion, we will not accept the return;
- it must be in the same condition you received it in. You will be required to send us timestamped photos of the condition of your items as a condition to determine your eligibility for the return or exchange; and
- it must be returned in the same packaging or containers as it was received in.
We do not accept returns for products that were listed as final sale items at the time of purchase.
You agree to pay a 25% restocking fee on all returns, which we will deduct from any refund owing to you.
After the above referenced 30-day period, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, under any circumstances.
If your return or exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on shipping your items back to us or the applicable supplier via email.
You agree that you shall be responsible for all return shipping costs and related expenses.
Our shipping cost to you is not refundable.
You are also responsible for ensuring the items are carefully packaged for shipment and that risk of loss or damage during return shipping shall be your sole liability. You may wish to obtain insurance while the returned items are in transit.
Lost or Damaged
If the item is damaged when you receive it, do not sign the proof of delivery, and contact us immediately at support@eSkidsteer.com. If you sign the proof of delivery form, you cannot later claim the item was lost (i.e. not delivered) or damaged on arrival.
If the item is damaged on arrival take photos of the damage with a time stamp.
In the event the item is lost or damaged on arrival, we will assist you with filing a reimbursement claim directly with the applicable supplier or shipping company as applicable. However, you agree that as we are not the direct supplier of the items, it shall be your responsibility to pursue any claims with the applicable supplier in the event your lost or damaged item is not replaced by the supplier or carrier.
