Haugen wheel loader pipe forks (MWFP) are heavy-duty shaft-style non-swinging pipe forks for wheel loaders — available with JRB 416, JRB 418, and Cat Fusion quick coupler mounts. The 96" wide frame uses stress-relieved shaft material with the eye of the fork welded directly to the back of the tine, eliminating the rails and hooks that can damage pipe and conduit. Two tine cross-sections: 2.5"×6" (20,000 lb capacity, tine spread 21.25–94") and 3"×7" (34,000 lb capacity, tine spread 24–94"). Three tine lengths: 60" (not available on JRB 416), 72", and 96". 15 total SKUs. Made in USA with a 1-year warranty.

Select the coupler style matching your wheel loader's quick coupler: JRB 416, JRB 418, or Cat Fusion. Verify with your machine dealer if unsure which coupler your machine uses. The 20,000 and 34,000 lb capacity ratings are for the forks — always lift to the lower of fork capacity or machine's rated operating capacity at the applicable load center.
Designed for wheel loaders with JRB 416, JRB 418, or Cat Fusion quick couplers. Select the coupler style matching your machine:
| JRB 416 | JRB 418 | Cat Fusion |
JRB 416 and Cat Fusion both come with 60", 72", and 96" tine options. JRB 418 adds a 60" tine option. All use 96" wide frame (non-swinging shaft-style tines). Verify your machine's coupler spec with your dealer before ordering.

Q: How do I know which coupler style I need — JRB 416, JRB 418, or Cat Fusion?
JRB 416 and JRB 418 are quick coupler standards common on Komatsu, John Deere, and Volvo wheel loaders (among others). Cat Fusion is Caterpillar's proprietary quick coupler standard. Consult your wheel loader's operation manual or dealer to confirm which standard your machine uses. The coupler type is a mechanical specification of the carriage — it does not depend on machine size or model year, only the actual coupler style installed. |

Q: What is the difference between the 2.5"×6" and 3"×7" tines?
The 2.5"×6" tines (cross-section 2.5" thick × 6" tall) are rated at 20,000 lbs capacity with a minimum tine spread of 21.25". The 3"×7" tines (3" thick × 7" tall) are rated at 34,000 lbs capacity with a minimum spread of 24". Choose based on the maximum bundle weight you plan to lift. For bundles up to 20,000 lbs, either tine works — the 2.5"×6" is lighter and the minimum spread is slightly narrower. For bundles 20,000-34,000 lbs, you must use the 3"×7". |
|
Q: Why are there no 60" tines for JRB 416?
The workbook includes a 60" tine option for JRB 418 (MWFP 96-25-6-60-J418) and Cat Fusion (MWFP 96 25-6-60-FUS), and also for JRB 416 (MWFP 96 25-6-60-J416). All three coupler styles have a 60" option in the workbook. Check the variant selector when ordering to confirm availability. |

Q: Can these forks be used for standard pallet work?
These are pipe forks — they are engineered specifically for pipe, conduit, and round material handling. The shaft-style non-swinging design and the eye-on-back feature are optimized for pipe, not pallets. While you can use them for other material, they are not as effective as standard pallet forks for palletized loads because there is no backrest and the tine cross-section is round-load optimized. |

Q: What is the minimum machine size recommended for the 34K lb capacity models?
The 34,000 lb capacity models require a host machine capable of providing the full rated load at the applicable load center. Most Class IV and Class V forklifts (20,000-36,000 lb capacity) and large wheel loader applications are appropriate. Verify your machine's rated capacity at the load center matching the fork length before use — the fork rating is the upper limit, but the machine's own rated capacity is always the operative constraint. |
