✅ Exact OEM replacement at every thickness — including 3/8" and 1/2"
Every thickness is cut to exact OEM dimensions and drops into the factory opening. The perimeter is edge-milled to OEM glass thickness so the panel seats in the factory gasket and frame. The latch area is counter-milled so the original latch engages and secures normally. Original latch, frame, and mounting hardware are reused — no drilling, shimming, or trimming; no hardware kit required.
Same impact-grade polycarbonate used in check-cashing and teller windows
260× stronger than glass at half the weight. Post-coated with SHIELDS® proprietary SUPERCOAT™ — a silicone hard coating applied after forming, abrasion-resistant to steel wool. Wiper-safe. Inspect wipers before use and clear debris from the frame seal. 10-year coverage against breakage, coating failure, hazing, and yellowing.
A broken door stops the machine, exposes the operator, and typically means days waiting for a dealer part. The SHIELDS® SUPERCOATED™ Polycarbonate Door for John Deere Skid Steer Loader drops into the factory opening at every thickness — edge-milled at the perimeter and counter-milled at the latch — so it fits exactly as the OEM glass did. No modifications, no extra hardware. Year-round benefit beyond impact protection: polycarbonate reduces summer heat gain and winter heat loss, keeping operators more comfortable in all seasons, not just during forestry work.

OEM gaskets are frequently damaged when the original glass breaks. Before installing, inspect the cab frame gasket — replace if torn, hardened, or deformed. A properly seated gasket is essential for weather sealing regardless of door material.
eSkidSteer replaces items damaged in transit. Your obligation: inspect within 7 days of delivery and photograph any damage before filing a claim.
⚠️ You must open the box before signing the delivery receipt. A clean signature = accepted delivery. Note any visible damage on the carrier receipt before signing.

A: Yes. Every thickness — including 3/8" and 1/2" — is cut to exact OEM dimensions and drops into the factory opening. The perimeter is edge-milled to OEM glass thickness so the panel seats in the factory gasket and frame. The latch area is counter-milled so the original latch engages and secures normally. No accommodation is required for the added thickness.
A: Yes. The 1/2" panel is edge-milled to OEM glass thickness at the perimeter and counter-milled at the latch. It drops into the same factory frame, seats in the same gaskets, and is secured with the same hardware. No extra hardware, shimming, or drilling required.
A: Yes. SUPERCOAT™ is wiper-compatible. Inspect your wiper blade before use and clear any rocks, sticks, or debris from the frame seal. Trapped debris scratches any surface — this is standard wiper maintenance, not a SHIELDS® limitation.
A: Manufacturing defects: breakage, coating failure, excessive haze, and excessive yellowing — up to 10 years from date of sale. Does not cover scratching from normal use, impact damage from operation, or improper installation.
A: Inspect them before installing. OEM gaskets are frequently damaged when the original glass breaks. Replace any gasket that is torn, hardened, or deformed before installing the new panel.
A: SUPERCOAT™ is a proprietary silicone hard coating applied post-forming — not co-extruded into the material. Post-application gives higher adhesion and abrasion resistance. It is abrasion-resistant to steel wool and UV-stable. Cheap uncoated polycarbonate yellows and hazes within months outdoors; SUPERCOAT™ is designed to maintain clarity for the full warranty term.
