Introducing the New CAN60 Genius Controller for Bobcat 7 Pin machines to 14 pin attachments.
After three years of addressing persistent parts sourcing issues with our 6014 model—originally designed with automotive drivers and microprocessors—we are excited to unveil the CAN60. This new version utilizes industrial drivers and processors that are readily available from multiple sources, ensuring a reliable supply. We've also partnered with manufacturers capable of assembling these units more robustly and efficiently. We are thrilled to introduce this enhanced version of one of our flagship products!
The CAN60 is a true Genius Controller specifically designed for solenoid controls. This adapter connects seamlessly to any Bobcat® 7-pin connector, allowing operators to control up to six 12-volt solenoids directly from the stick controls of their Bobcat® machines. It is compatible with Bobcat® skid steer loaders, as well as Toolcat and Versahandler machines.
The CAN60 features a six-output configuration with a 14-pin connector, designed using the traditional Bobcat 14-pin layout. This permits compatibility with attachments from Takeuchi, Gehl, Kubota, Mustang, Case, and New Holland, supporting up to six control plugs with K pin power.

#173 - CAN60 Controller Introduction for Bobcat Loaders
The CAN60 is designed to connect Bobcat® 7-pin machines to 14-pin attachments so you can control solenoid-operated functions directly from your Bobcat stick controls.
It is compatible with Bobcat® skid steer loaders, Toolcat, and Versahandler machines that use a Bobcat® 7-pin connector.
The CAN60 can control up to six 12-volt solenoids using its six-output configuration.
Yes. Installation is designed to be 100% plug-and-play and typically takes about one minute.
The 14-pin layout follows the traditional Bobcat 14-pin format and is intended to support compatibility with attachments from brands like Takeuchi, Gehl, Kubota, Mustang, Case, and New Holland (when the attachment uses up to six control plugs with K-pin power).
Outputs include A1/A2 (Pins C/D), B1/B2 (Pins E/F), and C1/C2 (Pins G/H), plus Ground (B) and K (constant keyed power).
Two channels can be programmed to latch, specifically C/D (A1/A2). Other channels are intended for momentary operation only.
Turn the key off, press and hold the selected A1 or A2 button, turn the machine on while holding it, and keep holding for about 5 seconds until the LEDs flash.
Due to fuse and circuit constraints, only two outputs can operate simultaneously.
Attempting to set three outputs to latch can reset the circuit and may require reprogramming.
Yes. It includes output protection for unreliable solenoids and has regulated output limits to help protect your machine’s fuse.
Each channel is rated at 9 amps, with regulation up to a maximum of 15 amps to help protect the machine fuse.
It uses industrial drivers and processors, a durable molded plastic housing with improved cable retention (no resin), better temperature tolerance, and a design where connectors detach first during accidents to simplify repairs.
It includes two 125-pound magnets so it can attach securely to the machine frame in multiple locations.
No. The Bobcat 2020+ Versahandler 923 is not compatible with this model because it does not feature an ACD controller.
Yes. For Cat D-Series attachments, pins G must be moved to A and H to J, and for high-flow setups the K pin should be pushed back to disconnect the high-flow sense to avoid incorrect voltage/ground conflicts.
Yes. It includes user-friendly LED indicators for output/status visibility and an LED to confirm operational status and command reception.
