The Haugen MFSH Fork Mounted Swivel Hook is a fork mounted lifting hook for telehandlers and forklifts, available in three capacities — 6,000 lbs (MFSH-6, 137 lbs), 10,000 lbs (MFSH-10, ~145 lbs), and 14,000 lbs (MFSH-14, 147 lbs) — plus wide-frame versions (MFSH-10W, 155 lbs; MFSH-14W) with larger 20.5" ID / 35.5" OD pocket spacing for machines with wider fork carriages. All models use a 24" load center and standard 3-1/2" x 7-1/2" fork pockets (wide models: 20.5" ID / 35.5" OD). Safety pins secure the attachment to the fork tines. Meets and exceeds OSHA regulations. Powder coated throughout. Made in the USA with a 1-year warranty. Engineering and safety manual available from Haugen; certified by a third-party Professional Engineer.

The MFSH series uses a fork slot mounting system — slides onto fork tines via 3-1/2" x 7-1/2" standard pockets (MFSH-6/10/14) or wider pockets (MFSH-10W/14W). Safety pins secure the hook to the forks. Custom pocket sizes are available on request from Haugen (877-580-6218).
Designed for telehandlers, rough terrain forklifts, and standard forklifts with fork carriage. Standard fork pocket size 3-1/2" x 7-1/2". Compatible with:
| JLG | Genie | Manitou | Skytrak |
| Caterpillar | John Deere |
Compatibility is determined by fork pocket size and host machine capacity, not brand — verify your machine's rated capacity before use. Never exceed the capacity of the attachment or the host machine.

Q: How do I choose between the standard (MFSH-10, MFSH-14) and wide (MFSH-10W, MFSH-14W) models?
The standard MFSH-10 and MFSH-14 have a fork pocket spacing of 14.5" ID to 29.5" OD — suited to most standard telehandler fork carriages. The wide W models have a spacing of 20.5" ID to 35.5" OD, designed for wider fork carriages where the standard pockets would sit too close together or too far to the center. Check your fork carriage's inner-to-outer tine spacing before ordering. |
|
Q: What is the 24" load center?
The 24" load center means the swivel hook is centered 24" horizontally from the face of the fork carriage. This is the industry-standard reference point used on telehandler and forklift load charts. When verifying capacity, always reference your machine's load chart at 24" load center and the required lift height. |
|
Q: What is included in the PE certification?
Each MFSH model comes with an Installation and Safety Manual certified by a third-party Professional Engineer. The manual includes a load chart specific to the swivel hook, capacity ratings at the rated load center, and installation/safety operating instructions. Copies are available on request from Haugen at 877-580-6218. |
|
Q: How is the MFSH different from the Premium M10/M14 Swivel Hook?
The MFSH series (6K, 10K, 14K, standard and wide) is Haugen's standard fork-mounted swivel hook line — lightweight at 137–155 lbs, with standard and wide pocket configurations. The Premium M10/M14 is heavier (215/225 lbs) with a 42" wide frame and is the only Haugen swivel hook that is Smart Hook Ready for wireless load monitoring. |
|
Q: Can this handle the weight of structural steel or precast sections?
The MFSH-14 at 14,000 lbs capacity handles most structural steel members and precast concrete sections within standard telehandler or forklift reach. Always verify the combined weight of the load and the attachment does not exceed your machine's rated load chart capacity at the actual load center and lift height being used. |
|
Q: Is this attachment made in the USA?
Yes — all Haugen Attachments products are manufactured in the USA. Marv Haugen Enterprises is in Casselton, North Dakota. A copy of Haugen's product liability insurance and PE engineering certification are both available upon request. |
