This John Deere 14-pin to Bobcat skid steer adapter lets you easily run your John Deere 14-pin attachments on Bobcat skid steer loaders and many other popular machines, without cutting wires or re-pinning the factory harness.
Simply connect one end of the adapter into your Bobcat loader and plug the other end into your attachment’s 14-pin John Deere connector. Power up in the cab, use your existing joystick buttons, and you’re ready to work. It’s a true plug-and-play electrical solution designed to keep your shop productive and your attachment investment working across multiple machines.
Broad Compatibility: In addition to Bobcat, this harness is also suitable for many machines wired to the Bobcat 14-pin standard, including Kubota, New Holland, Case, Gehl, JCB/Volvo, Takeuchi and Yanmar loaders. That makes it a great choice for contractors and rental yards running a mixed fleet but wanting to share John Deere-pinned attachments between multiple brands.
Control Functions & Pin Layout: John Deere 14-pin systems provide up to 6 switched electrical ports. On this adapter you will see 7 pins installed to support the main control functions: up/down, left/right and right-stick up/down, plus ground. This gives you the essential multi-function control required for most common hydraulically-driven attachments. We do not include the extra power port on pin K by default, but a version with powered pin K can be built on request.
Operator Responsibility: This adapter only passes electrical signals from your machine to your attachment. Your skid steer must be ordered or configured with enough control buttons to operate all of the functions on the attachment you plan to run. If the machine does not have those controls installed from the factory, the extra functions will not magically appear just by adding the adapter.
If you plan on moving a lot of pins on your attachment, remember that we supply free single-use pin tools in the kit. For shops, dealers and frequent users who re-work multiple connectors, we strongly recommend upgrading to our commercial-duty tools linked below—they are faster, more durable and built for everyday professional use.
Both ends of this product are built to factory pin specifications with original factory parts. We cannot guarantee that your machine was ordered with all of the factory controls, nor can we guarantee that your attachment is pinned accordingly as well. This is especially evident with auction attachments or second hand items bought on the internet. We include tools and instructions on moving pins to make everything align.

Controls will work as long as your Bobcat or compatible machine has the required buttons installed from the factory. If your machine lacks certain electrical controls, those functions cannot be activated.
No special tools are required for occasional pin adjustments. Your adapter includes free single-use tools. For high-volume or professional use, we recommend upgrading to the commercial-grade Deutsch tools.
